Before you order
Do you have minimums or setup fees?
Our website has a $1 minimum order fee to cover shopify charges, but other than that, no setup fees, and no minimums. Order a single transfer or a few hundred, whatever you need.
Can I upload a gang sheet?
Yes. Upload individual designs or your own pre-built gang sheet, up to 22.5in wide and any length. If your sheet file is over 20MB, upload a smaller version and increase the quantity to match.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order from our Cambridge, Ontario shop. Otherwise we ship Canada-wide, free over $250.
What files do you accept for custom DTF?
PNG, PDF, SVG or AI at 300dpi with a transparent background. Enter the width and height you want printed and we take care of the rest.
How do I press the transfers?
Every order ships with time, temperature and pressure settings. Most transfers press at 300°F for 10–15 seconds with a hot peel. After peeling, you should then press again for 5 seconds with a canvas fabric for a nice matte, soft look.
